Credit & Management Systems, Inc. (CMS) today announced that on May 1, 2022 John W. Sargent (aka “JW”) was named President and CEO of the company. JW has been with CMS since June, 2002 and has worked in various capacities with the firm, most recently as Chief Technology Officer since 2015. He stated: “I am excited to take on these new responsibilities and I am committed to providing the same level of customer support services and technological excellence that CMS has provided to its clients since 1987.”
John S. Sargent, the firm’s founder and former President and CEO, will retire from the firm effective June 30, 2022, and stated: “I am very proud to have built a business, and developed fond relationships, both professional and personal, which have lasted for over 35 years. The future for CMS is very bright and I am confident that CMS clients will continue to receive the highest level of service and support for which CMS is well known.” Mr. Sargent will remain in an advisory consulting capacity to the firm and clients.
